Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your tickets any time before the start of the show. When you cancel:

  • Ticket cost — fully refunded to your original payment method.
  • Processing fee — retained and not refunded, as this covers payment processing costs that have already been incurred.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Switch to Another Show

Instead of cancelling, you can switch your tickets to another show — and keep the full value of your purchase, including processing fees. We'll show you available shows near the original venue (or near your ZIP code if you're logged in).

Switching is always better than cancelling — you don't lose anything!

How to Cancel or Switch

You can manage your tickets using the link in your confirmation email, or by logging into your account and going to "My Tickets." From there, select "Move / Cancel Tickets" to either switch to another show or request a cancellation.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a show for any reason (weather, venue issue, etc.), you will receive a full refund including all processing fees. We will also notify you by email with the option to switch to another show or receive the refund.

Show Changes

If a show is moved to a new date or venue, you will be notified by email and your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date/venue. If the new date or venue doesn't work for you, you may cancel for a refund (ticket cost minus processing fee) or switch to a different show.

Lineup changes (performer substitutions) do not qualify for a refund, as lineups are always listed as subject to change.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the event and did not cancel or switch beforehand, no refund will be issued.
