2. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket prices are displayed as "all-in" pricing, which includes the base ticket price plus any applicable processing fees.
• Tickets are subject to availability. A ticket reservation is held for 10 minutes during checkout. If checkout is not completed within this window, the reservation will expire and tickets may become available to others.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) upon successful payment. Each ticket includes a unique QR code for check-in.
• You may purchase tickets as a guest or create an account. Creating an account is optional and gives you access to order history and easier ticket management.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Our full refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. In summary:

• Refunds are available until the start of the show. You will be refunded the ticket cost minus the processing fee.
• You may switch your tickets to another nearby show at no additional cost, preserving the full value of your purchase.
• If we cancel a show, you will receive a full refund including processing fees.

4. Event Changes

Lineups are subject to change. While we make every effort to present the advertised performers, comedians may be substituted due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances. A lineup change does not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled entirely.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing tickets.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Venue Policies

Events are held at independently operated venues. Venue-specific policies (age restrictions, drink minimums, food service, accessibility) are listed on each event page. Next Stop Comedy is not responsible for venue operations, food, beverages, or venue-specific policies. For venue-related questions, please contact the venue directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Next Stop Comedy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Stop Comedy provides this website and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling tickets at a markup without authorization
• Using automated tools to purchase tickets in bulk
• Attempting to circumvent security measures on the website
• Submitting false or misleading information

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post a notice on the site for significant changes.
